Barrack St continued. On immediate right house built by Gerry and Tess Ryan who ran the shop next door. Next door is the telephone exchange (hidden). Next on right is the police barracks built for the R.I.C. in the 1800's and is still operated by the Gardai. Mulcahy Redmond & Co Woollen Mills built all the houses on the left, for their workers.
