The Pure Drop Lounge & Bar. The first owner was Boss Kavanagh an ex RIC man whose daughter Katie married Con McCarthy also ex RIC. It was run for many years as McCarthy's Pub until their deaths. Their relatives in London the Gallivans sold it to Ardfinnan Co-op who in time sold it to Patrick and Winnie O'Dwyer who sold it to its present owners John and Ann Peters.
